Peter Orlando was a painter and ceramist born in USA. He married a Parisian lady Denise Delgoulet and went on to the Beaux Arts Art school in Paris IN 1948.
After working some time in the Sevres manufacture, he opens his own ceramic workshop for a modern and abstract expression as Denise is ornating the decorative as functional pieces (vases, plates, cups...).
Peter is also a painter and exhibits in 1957 at the Salon d'Automne in Paris. 1958, first personal show, 1960 workshop in Normandy. Then until 1982, several exhibitions in Europe and United States.
